Nokia removes Social app from Store, QML version coming soon

Nokia recently removed the Nokia Social app from the Nokia Store, no announcement was made but a new version is in the works according to a tweet from a Nokia Trainer located in Mexico, I tried to ask him more about the changes but the only thing he said was that its was fast and pretty.

If you want to download the removed Nokia Social app go to this post, there’s a download link.

Will this new app be written in QML like the new Nokia Store? I really hope so because the Store looks and it’s more functional than the one written in WRT, the Social app that was removed felt the same way, very sluggish and unresponsive.

Thanks Addier!

Update:Addier confirmed new Social app written in QML, finally!!!
